Transportation and Airport

Will someone pick me up at the airport?

No. Transportation from the airport to the campus is your responsibility. A cab costs about $50-$60.  You can make reservations with Ken's Airport Shuttle Service at (734) 941-7777 for a price of $46.00 one way or $92.00 round trip.  The only exception to this rule is if your child is too young to be allowed off the plane without an adult.  If your child needs this service you will have to make direct arrangements with us at our contact numbers or email address.  There are no other exceptions to this rule.

How far is the airport from the campus?

 About 30 minutes by car.

Where do I go?

Tell your driver that you want to go to the West Quad Dormatory on the University of Michigan's central campus. The street address is 541 Thompson StreetAnn ArborMI  48109. When you arrive you will see signs and banners welcoming you to the institute.  If you want to see more information on the West Quad Dormatories, please follow this link- http://www.housing.umich.edu/residencehalls/index.php?hall=westquad&hallname=West%20Quadrangle
